Scared Retreat

For the midterm project in Architecture 401, I was tasked with designing a retreat using a pre-specified kit of parts. My primary goal was to create an experiential journey that users would move through, engaging with the spaces in a deliberate way. I focused on designing the layout to guide users from public areas toward more private, intimate spaces. Each transition was carefully planned to enhance the progression and create a sense of discovery. I aimed for the retreat to offer moments of pause and reflection along the way, enriching the user experience.
